Primary care in the US runs through family doctors and internists who coordinate referrals; urgent care centers handle minor injuries and illnesses without an appointment for far less than an emergency room; hospitals with emergency departments are the place for severe facial trauma or a dental infection that spreads. Jennifer Ludwig kept feeling my shoulders In an inappropriate way pretty weird.. I dunno Dr's and hospitals have became like human projects in a way to cause neurological damage in a way. I had also asked for help to see if I had cancer she didn't look into it I was exposed to mesothelioma asbestos and she never tried to help me I also told her I has medical malpractice done to me by having more than one injection at more than once with more than 10 pills a day she said it was schizophrenia then felt my shoulder in a sexual way dismissing me to go and wander basically, I had told her I wasnt feeling right many times to be brushed under the rug because of a medical malpractice at the hospitals which left me severely hurt that misdiagnosed in the first place don't go to lansing to live a life if you wanna live.

The primary care provider here, Jennifer Ludwig, isnβt as helpful. I had an appointment the other day which she didnβt want to see me until an hour after my scheduled time. After waiting for so long, she told me to go to Urgent Care to get a steroid for my symptoms, so I did. I felt like she was trying to rush me out the door instead of being genuinely concerned about my health. Whatβs weird is that she sent over a steroid to my pharmacy the next day without telling me. So, basically I paid out of pocket for an Urgent Care appointment that she told me to go to when I didnβt need to. I ended up finding a new primary care provider at a different health center by the end of the week and am thankful that I did.

Took my kids here for the first time today and we had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience. I really got a sense that they all cared very much about my kids and any concerns we had. My son even remarked how friendly everyone was and how he loved that they laughed at all his jokes and let him talk alot lol. Drew was so nice and funny and really engaged with my children. I unfortunately don't remember our nurses name but she was SO nice! Dr Worthington was also amazing! She really took the time to get to know the kids and our family and it was just an overall very pleasant experience! My daughter was afraid of getting her vaccines but they did their best to make it easy for her and ease her anxiety. They were informative, helpful, and very friendly.

Iβve been going to appointments here for over a year and and have gotten a good feel to how things are. Current staff is very friendly and helpful, I see a lot of older reviews with negative comments on staff however things mustβve improved. The providers are flexible and do their best to do whatβs best for their patients, my advise is to be active in your healthcare and feel free to ask them questions and decide with their expertise whatβs best for you. Overall Willow Health Center along with all the other Community Health Centers have been dependable and excellent in their services. They are accepting new patients so if youβre looking to switch or start new healthcare services I would highly recommend Willow/Community health clinics.

It is one bad thing after another with this place. The front office staff are rude and always act like you are inconveniencing them. The Dr my son sees doesn't seem like the brightest and always has to check with another Dr with questions. The last apt he had lasted until 7:30...the apt was at 5...and we only saw the Dr for about 15-20 mins. Today we went for an apt at 10:40 to get told that the Dr was not in. The rude lady in front said I got a call on Friday about it. I in fact did not get a call about it. I got a text on Friday to confirm the apt alone with a phone call last night confirming the apt this morning. Needless to say as soon as I got home from the apt I found my son a new Dr. He missed a morning of school and I missed half a day of work because of these people. We will never go back and I advise everyone to just go somewhere else. Don't waste your time.
